Details

High-limit sensor that goes in the heater in Jacuzzi's J-300 series of spas. Has box end connectors that fit in a small plastic connector that fits onto the board. Here's the official compatibility list:

2002-2003 J-350, J-360, J-370, J-380
2004-2006 J-355, J-365, J-375, J-385
2006-2009 J-400 series

Please note that this says that it is compatible with J-400 series spas, there is actually a seperate part number for J-400 series spas and that should be used instead.
