This is the topside control for Jacuzzi J-300 series spas built as of 2007 with two pumps, and features six buttons - two for the pumps, two for the lights, and two to set the temperature with. This fits the majority of the J-300 series spas: The J-335, J-345, J-365, and J-375.

Please remember to seal this topside properly with silicon so moisture does not reach the equipment panel
